Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products
Every product on SnapMerch is printed on demand, just for you, after you place your order. Because items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check your size, color, and design before completing checkout.
2. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order from your order page while it is still being prepared — that is, before it enters production. Canceled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging.
Once confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. We may not require you to ship the defective item back.
4. Production Issues
In the rare case that we cannot produce or fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost packages are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. Note that orders returned or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund — see our Shipping Policy.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
